A sectioned content container on the sunk surface, lighter-weight than Card — use it to group related content into labelled page sections. Pass a title to render a header bar; the section is then exposed as a named region (labelled by the heading). Optional description and actions sit in the same bar. Control density with padding. Forwards its ref to the host <section>.
