The Trust-Framework accreditation seal. A drawn seal mark (concentric rings + signal check, matching the v4 conformance mark) paired with the named tier, a verification status, and an optional valid-through caption. More substantial than the simple Badge tier variant. Tiers are an ordered scale — Tier 0 (Observer) through Tier 3 (Founding). Verification maps onto the state tokens: verified → success (MUST), pending → warning (SHOULD),revoked → danger (MUST-NEVER). Status is always real text, and the rotating signal ring honors prefers-reduced-motion.
